Fourth Dimension Architecture is transforming this home’s outdoor living experience by replacing the existing deck with a spacious “mega deck” designed for entertaining and relaxation.
The project also includes a new three-season sunroom and a second-floor coffee balcony, creating inviting spaces for relaxation throughout the year.
The design will preserve the cozy ski chalet character while incorporating modern upgrades and low maintenance materials, including composite decking, local cultured stone veneer, and expansive glass walls that maximize natural light and showcase views of beautiful mountain views.
