With three adult children starting a life of their own, this client wants a lake side escape to bring the family together for quality time. While the home aims towards a ‘live in vacation’ feel, and is designed for each individual, it doubles as a guests' oasis. While the interior was meticulously crafted, this home draws its guests outdoors offering an endless range of water sport activities.

The home features four bedrooms, one office that could eventually double as a bedroom, 5 1/2 bathrooms, an attached garage, a loft overlooking the living room, a home gym, a screened porch to watch the game, and a sizable two story deck.

The clients main goal is to prioritize lake views while ushering in a relaxed atmosphere. The entire first floor contains everything they will need on a daily basis, with bonus spaces in the walk-out basement and second floor. Almost each bedroom enjoys a lake view with a private bathroom, catered to their growing family.

Due to the site's small buildable area, the design is luxuriously compact. While there is no wasted space, the occupant doesn't feel cramped in any room.
