This renovation will transform a cherished family home into a thoughtfully designed multi generational retreat where children, parents, and grandparents can gather for generations to come. The home will feature kid-friendly spaces filled with opportunities for play and adventure, including secret nooks, climbing features, and imaginative hideaways.

Designed for hosting, the home will include two kitchens, multiple dining areas, expanded living spaces, and comfortable accommodations for up to seven bedrooms. The second floor will be reconfigured to improve circulation, create additional bedrooms and bathrooms, and provide a private primary suite.

The project will include major infrastructure upgrades, including a new roof, modern utilities, and expanded well and septic systems. The existing timber-frame barn will be restored in a later phase or rebuilt as a flexible family space featuring vehicle storage, a home gym, sauna, recreation areas, and overflow accommodations while preserving its historic character.
