Pitch Pine Inn transforms a classic single-family mountain home overlooking the Catskills into a welcoming bed and breakfast designed for relaxation, creativity, and community.
The design features up to seven thoughtfully planned guest rooms, including accessible accommodations, each with a soundproofed en-suite bathroom, cozy gathering spaces, and forest views.
To maximize the scenery, we designed a large mountain-facing dormer with a dramatic floor-to-ceiling viewing portal. The former three-car garage was also reimagined as a private two-bedroom owner’s suite with its own outdoor patio.
Guests are encouraged to unplug and unwind with a library, record room, gym, dance studio, and spacious outdoor gathering areas, with future plans for a luxury sauna and hot tub.
The owners will bring their own artistic flair to every space, creating a one-of-a-kind Catskills retreat. Pitch Pine Inn is scheduled to open in the new year—stay tuned for your next mountain escape.
