​Goals:

  • Design a guest house with two king-sized bedrooms, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom, plus a kitchenette for extended guest stays

  • Create a covered breezeway to connect the two kitchens while giving the guests private quarters

  • Create a dedicated home gym with high ceilings

  • Incorporate a golf simulator adjacent to the existing bar

  • Configure the driveway to accommodate snow plow operations, snow storage areas, and access for large maintenance equipment to reach the rear yard
