Goals:

  • Realize the full vision of bringing the house back to life as a comfortable, elegant home that’s inspired but not too precious

  • Restore exterior to its historical character by replacing windows to match their original size and repairing + repainting siding

  • Upgrade interior bathrooms and bedrooms 

  • Improve back exterior outdoor area for entertaining with landscaping + hardscaping
