Friend to 4DA, Jordan Rosenberg created this three course tasting menu in honor of Mother’s Day.
He sourced gourmet ingredients from around the world. The black winter truffle and foie gras were imported from France and the Beluga caviar was obtained right here in the USA.

Beluga sturgeon have been endangered since 1996, making their caviar illegal to import into the U.S. for decades. However, a licensed farm in Florida, established in 2005, has finally begun producing legal beluga roe after nearly 20 years of maturation.
Priced at over $1,000 per ounce, it remains a rare luxury—and is now harvested humanely by gently massaging the fish’s belly to extract the roe, avoiding the lethal methods that once pushed the species toward extinction.
