Home Renovation with Purpose
Fluffle Farms reimagines an existing home to better support daily living, remote work, and care for rabbits that are most in need. The project combines whole-house upgrades with thoughtfully designed spaces that balance comfort, durability, and animal welfare.
At the core of the renovation are essential improvements to the home’s structure and systems. Wood will be replaced, insulation upgraded, and the entire roof restored with a long lasting metal roof. The existing walk out basement will be transformed into a bunny sanctuary with unique storage and a built-in care station equipped with a custom trash chute. Ducted mini-split systems will be installed in all bedrooms and the living room, providing efficient, room-by room climate control. New dormers will bring in light and the bonus room above the garage will become a multipurpose space for an office, bunny lodging, and guests.
The project will transform an existing house into a resilient, welcoming place for both humans and animals alike.
