Primary bedroom suite with bathroom including large tiled walk-in shower (rain head, glass doors), toilet + bidet, double sinks, and makeup vanity

Secondary bedrooms and bathrooms for guests

Plan ahead for the future and prioritize aging-in-place with minimal stairs
